Role Purpose 

Are you passionate about bringing ideas to life through visuals and digital media? As our Visual Content Creator, you’ll be the hands-on creator behind our brand’s digital presence—crafting engaging videos, dynamic designs, animation, graphics, and social content that gets people talking. You’ll work closely with the Senior Social Media & PR Manager to deliver content for both organic and paid social campaigns, as well as videos for a variety of uses.  
 

Main Responsibilities 

  • Conceive and produce bold, visually stunning digital content for organic and paid social campaigns. 

  • Create, storyboard and film videos for a variety of uses, including product launches, brand storytelling, and colleague communications. 

  • Design eye-catching assets for use across social channels and digital platforms. 

  • Develop and deliver animation to enhance video and social content. 

  • Create platform-native content optimised for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, understanding the nuances and best practices of each. 

  • Collaborate with the Senior Social Media & PR Manager to ensure content aligns with campaign objectives and brand guidelines. 

  • Deliver content that drives engagement, shares, and positive brand perception. 

  • Stay ahead of digital trends—experimenting with new formats and creative techniques to keep our content fresh and relevant. 

  • Assist with the tracking and reporting of the performance of visual content, celebrating creative wins and learning from every campaign. 

  • Work closely with colleagues in marketing, digital, product and communications teams to ensure our creative message is consistent and impactful. 

  • Respond quickly and creatively to live events, trending moments, and urgent content needs. 
     

Knowledge, Skills & Experience 

Knowledge: 

  • Strong understanding of digital media platforms, visual storytelling, and social influence. 

  • Expertise in video production, design, animation, motion graphics, and social content creation. 

  • In-depth knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube—content formats, audience behaviours, and platform trends. 
     

Skills: 

  • Advanced proficiency in video editing software, and skilled rapid design and social content creation. 

  • Proficient in animation and motion graphics tools  

  • Hands-on experience creating and publishing content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. 

  • Creative flair and a talent for producing visually engaging content. 

  • Confident communicator, both visually and verbally. 

  • Collaborative and able to work closely with cross-functional teams. 

  • Calm under pressure and quick to adapt in a fast-paced digital environment. 
     

Experience: 

  • 3+ years in visual creative, digital media, or social content roles, ideally with a consumer brand or creative agency. 

  • Demonstrable experience as a social influencer (with a proven track record of building and engaging an online audience on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube) or as a professional videographer (with a portfolio of commercial work). 

  • Proven track record of producing successful video, animation, motion graphics, design, and social campaigns that drive engagement. 

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external creators.
