Vice President, Sales – Grocery & Alternate Channels
About the Role
The Vice President, Sales – Grocery & Alternate Channels will lead and deliver over $1.6 billion in sales across Church & Dwight’s Household and Personal Care portfolio. This role oversees national Grocery (Food) and Alternate Channel customers — including Home Centers and Military — driving profitable growth, strategic partnerships, and commercial excellence.
As part of the Commercial Leadership Team, this executive leads a multi-functional group of experts in Sales, Supply Chain, Category Management, and Shopper Insights, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution across the organization.
What You’ll Do
• Lead the end-to-end sales strategy, including pricing, trade spending, and profitability management.
• Build and execute customer and channel strategies that drive volume, revenue, and market share growth.
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to optimize execution and efficiency.
• Strengthen relationships with key national accounts to elevate category leadership and shopper engagement.
• Develop and inspire a high-performing sales team through coaching, accountability, and collaboration.
• Drive operational excellence through accurate forecasting, scorecard management, and disciplined execution.
What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or a related industry.
• Proven success managing large-scale customer portfolios and full P&L responsibility.
• Strong strategic, financial, and analytical skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Hands-on, collaborative leadership style with experience guiding senior-level teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 35%.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $248,000 – $353,100. This position is also eligible for a bonus.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay parity. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
