We are seeking a transformative and customer-centric leader to serve as Vice President, RIA Service. This role is pivotal to AssetMark’s strategy to double RIA assets over the next 3–5 years. With projected growth exceeding 25% annually and significant investment in this channel, this is a unique opportunity to shape the future of RIA service delivery, drive innovation, and elevate client impact. The ideal candidate will bring deep RIA experience, a bold vision for service excellence, and the ability to build trust across teams and clients.

Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
· Develop and execute a comprehensive RIA Customer Experience strategy aligned with enterprise goals.
· Break down silos and foster healthy debate to drive innovation and collaboration.
· Shape organizational culture to support client success and operational excellence.

· Build and lead a high-performing, multi-generational team of client service specialists.

Education & Experience:
· Minimum of 5–10 years leading service or operations teams in RIA
· Proven success in developing and executing RIA service strategies.
· Experience building high-performing teams and shaping organizational design.
· Strong background in customer experience, change management, and talent development.
Compensation: The Base Salary range for this position is between $160,000-$190,000.
This information reflects a base salary range that AssetMark reasonably expects to pay for the position based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and actual work location. This position will also be eligible for additional variable incentive compensation and competitive benefits.
