As we continue to grow and expand in 2026, we’re seeking a Vice President (VP) of Revenue and Pricing Management to lead the delivery of predictable revenue growth via pricing management initiatives. You will maximize revenue and EBITDA potential through product management, sales, marketing, and call center optimization, strategic pricing, customer retention, and performance metrics. You will work closely with senior leadership, sales teams, marketing, operations, call center, and finance to ensure alignment of revenue strategies across all channels and markets. You will also serve as a steward to the revenue management team, ensuring processes are streamlined and optimized for long-term sustainable growth.

This role requires a blend of strong leadership, data-driven decision-making, financial acumen, and deep knowledge of the home services industry and revenue management best practices.
