Overview of the Department/Section
eMarkets and Digital Solutions is a trading aligned front office team;
- eMarkets: Manages global pricing and execution across FX products (spot, swaps, NDFs, options, etc.). Focuses on revenue growth through data driven systematic client optimization.
- Digital Solutions: Designs and delivers digital tools and capabilities to help clients access Global Markets products efficiently. Acts as the product management arm of eMaDS.
Main Purpose of the Role
Regional product lead for FX and Local Markets. Identify customer need (via sales, clients, other SMEs) and the larger business objectives that a product or feature will fulfill, articulate what success looks like for a product and rallies a cross-functional team to turn that vision into a reality.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership – Act as the regional owner of FX and LM product roadmap, ensuring alignment with global goals and local market needs.
- Product Development & Delivery – Lead the design and delivery of new products and features. Collaborate with technology, trading, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution and rollout.
- Stakeholder Engagement – Engage proactively with local sales and trading teams to identify product requirements and pain points. Provide transparency and regular updates on the product roadmap to ensure alignment and buy-in from front-office stakeholders.
- Governance & Reporting – Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders and contribute to PMO reporting structures.

- Proven experience in FX product management, ideally with exposure to eFX platforms and institutional client workflows.
