Pay Range: $190,000 - $210,000
Job Summary: The Vice President of Sales and Strategic Accounts oversees the regional sales teams in the Northeast while leading enterprise-level relationship management and revenue growth across a portfolio of Stonebridge’s key partnerships, national accounts, and priority customer segments which are anchored in the Northeast. This role focuses on strategic deal structuring, account retention, and high-value portfolio optimization while collaborating with and leading property and regional sales teams to ensure consistency, scalability, and performance across all markets in the Northeastern Region.
Essential Functions and Duties:
• Lead strategic account management across Stonebridge’s highest-value clients, including national corporate accounts, key intermediaries, and strategic partnerships.
• Serve as the primary executive contact for enterprise-level customers, ensuring consistent communication, issue resolution, and long-term retention.
• Identify and develop new revenue opportunities through relationship expansion, portfolio-wide sales initiatives, and tailored client programs.
• Collaborate with and lead regional and property-level sales teams to align local execution with national strategy and account-specific expectations.
• Structure and negotiate complex agreements, preferred partnerships, and volume-based contracts in coordination with legal and executive leadership.
• Monitor performance of strategic accounts against revenue goals, reporting regularly on account health, opportunity pipelines, and renewal activity.
• Analyze client data and industry trends to identify areas for improved sales penetration, customer experience, and cross-sell potential.
• Partner with the revenue management and marketing teams to ensure proper positioning, packaging, and communication of offerings to strategic clients.
• Represent Stonebridge at key industry events, trade shows, and client summits to strengthen brand presence and maintain competitive insight.
• Oversees a regional sales team, providing leadership, direction, and performance management to ensure achievement of sales targets.
• Ensures alignment of sales activities with company-wide business goals and objectives.
• Drives innovation within the sales function to capitalize on emerging market trends and customer needs.
• Prepares and presents regular reports to senior leadership and hotel owners on sales performance, market conditions, and strategic initiatives.
• Manages budget and resource allocation for the sales department to maximize efficiency and profitability.

Required Experience, Education, and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing sales teams, preferably in a hotel environment.
• 3+ years managing enterprise-level or national accounts in hospitality, travel, or a related industry.
• Demonstrated success in developing strategic partnerships, managing long-term client relationships, and negotiating high-value contracts.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales, account-based selling strategies, and corporate travel or group sales structures.
• Proven ability to collaborate across departments and lead cross-functional initiatives that support client retention and revenue growth.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with experience engaging executive-level clients and internal stakeholders.
• Highly analytical, with experience using CRM systems, sales data platforms, and client performance dashboards to drive insights and decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple high-stakes accounts and initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Experience representing a company at trade shows, client events, and industry forums preferred.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly to client meetings, industry events, and property sites across the portfolio.
Work Environment:
• This is a full-time, in-office role based at Stonebridge’s New York corporate headquarters; consistent on-site presence is expected to support collaboration with senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Frequent travel is required to attend client meetings, property visits, industry events, and account reviews across the Stonebridge portfolio.
• Work is performed in a professional office setting as well as on location at hotels, client offices, and conference venues.
• Must be able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining strong client relationships in a dynamic, performance-driven environment.
• Flexibility to work beyond standard business hours, including evenings and weekends, based on client and travel demands.
