We are currently in search of a UKG Technical Configuration Analyst/Administrator to join our Technology team in Grapevine, TX. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who takes initiative to meet critical timelines, thrives on innovation and problem solving, and is able to work across different teams in fast-paced environment. This role is an individual contributor role and reports to the Senior Manager, HR Technology.
This position sits onsite 5 days a week in Grapevine, TX.
What you’ll do:
- Continuous Improvement
- Partner with business leaders across the organization to identify opportunities and complete end-to-end business process mapping, configure, test, and implement changes
- System Upgrade Support
- Manage bi-annual system upgrade cycle – Research changes using Community, identify configuration changes needed in response, build out configuration in test environment, coordinate test case documentation and required testing / validation across multiple functional teams and implement changes
- Implementations - Support occasional implementation or upgrades; including scoping, building project plans, adherence to schedule, testing, communications, and supporting change management
- Production Support
- Provide day-to-day support, including researching and resolving problems reported by end users, business stakeholders, and vendors
- Ensure issues and requests are completed within defined service level expectations
- Maintain up to date documentation on all system configurations
- Partner with compliance to capture requirements in response to changing regulatory needs, provide solution options, and complete configuration changes
- Communicate changes to rest of the HR Technology team during weekly staff meetings
Qualifications:
- A bachelor degree from an accredited program in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years relevant professional work experience with configuring HR systems/technologies, preferably in a large corporation within a matrixed environment
- Demonstrated proficiency in UKG configuration (Absence, Recruiting, Performance, Compensation, Payroll, and WFM)
- Experience with report writing and data mining tools (Cognos, Power BI)
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills; including oral, written, interpersonal and presentation skills; with ability to adjust style, content and deliver effective presentations to the target audience.
- Ability to build relationships and foster trust at all levels of the organization
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing business priorities.
