We’re recruiting for an experienced UX Designer to spearhead a wide range of design initiatives here at RAD. As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining and executing the user experience within product squads. You'll collaborate closely with your squad (a cross-functional team of product-focused individuals) to understand user needs, translate them into intuitive designs, and champion user-centric principles throughout the development lifecycle.
