Trilingual Customer Support Representative

We're looking for a Trilingual Customer Support Representative. Your primary role will be to handle customer calls and emails related to commercial files. You will be responsible for conducting investigations or applying updates based on the request, ensuring timely follow-up, and maintaining a self-sufficient, problem-solving approach while striving for superior client care.

What you’ll do:

  • Respond the Commercial Investigations & Disclosure line and/or back office escalations.
  • Comply with metrics and overall performance expectations.
  • Identify clients needs via thorough analysis of the credit file.
  • Properly document of follow-up actions for partner departments best resolution.
  • Initiate and resolve all researches needed to provide the most precise information to the consumer in the back office work frame.
  • Maintain complete and accurate client and project information.
  • Accountable a for any update required in cases resolution process.

What minimum experience you need:

  • Trilingual English-Spanish-French B2+ level, Spoken and written.
  • High School Diploma.
  • 6 month experience with Knowledge of G-suite programs (Sheets,Docs,Slides,etc).


Nice to have: (is a plus)

  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Communication skills.
  • Teamwork skills.
