The Treasury Management Implementation Specialist will be responsible for the successful onboarding of Treasury Management products for our clients. These Treasury Management products include Online Banking, ACH, Wires, Remote Deposit, Positive Pay and Sweeps.  The Treasury Management Specialist will work with the Treasury Management Officers on the introduction and implementation of these products.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Executes all tasks associated with the onboarding of Treasury Management products and services.
- Obtains necessary business documentation from Treasury Management Officers.
- Open accounts for TM customers.
- Creates and coordinates execution of all agreements in relation to all Treasury Management products.
- Works directly with TM clients to obtain signatures needed to setup TM services.
- Communicates with TM clients regarding all aspects of the onboarding process including progress updates, deliverables, and testing requirements.
- Coordinates training sessions with internal customers on all Treasury Management products as needed.
- Ensures all new and existing accounts are properly charged through Account Analysis

Skills
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines using time management skills.
- Communicate professionally, in writing and over the phone, with Treasury Sales Officers, internal bank team members, and all TM clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Education and/or Experience  
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of applicable banking customer-facing experience, treasury management services preferred.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field
                                    
Computer Skills 
- MS Office programs
- Ability to learn various banking systems in a quick and proficient manner.
Other Qualifications (including physical requirements)
- Time Management and ability to multi-task
- Knowledge of Treasury Management Services and Processes
- Knowledge of Jack Henry operating system
