The Role and What You’ll Do:  

We are searching for a talented, motivated and highly detailed Training Manager to join our team to help in the planning of amazing experiences for the FIFA World Cup 26™ Premium Hospitality Programs.  

 

The Catering Training Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing a scalable training program for catering operations across all FIFA World Cup 26™ venues. This role ensures consistent service standards, menu knowledge, and beverage excellence are delivered by all catering staff, aligning with FIFA’s hospitality expectations. 

  • Design and develop a comprehensive catering training program that is scalable covering: Service level standards, menu knowledge (ingredients, allergens, presentation), beverage service (alcoholic and non-alcoholic, pairing, responsible service). Create venue-specific training modules in conjunction with culinary and beverage teams to accommodate local variations and operational needs as needed. 

  • Implementation and delivery: Prepare venue teams with necessary knowledge to cascade training effectively and consistently across all venues  

  • Quality Assurance and Evaluation: Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, feedback and on site observations. Ensure compliance with health, safety and food handling regulations. 

  • Collaboration and stakeholder engagement: Work closely with venue catering teams, HR and operations to align training with staffing plans. Liaise with culinary and beverage partners to ensure accurate and timely content. Support onboarding process for tournament staff

Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field. 

  • 3–5 years of experience in large-scale food & beverage operations training, ideally within international sporting events, stadiums, or high-volume hospitality environments. 

  • Demonstrated experience with program delivery and cross-functional coordination, ensuring alignment across catering vendors, finance teams, and venue operations. 

  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards. 

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills. 

  • Willingness and ability to travel and work flexible hours during tournament build-up and live operations phases. 

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the hourly rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Rate Minimum:

$82,500 annually (minimum will not fall below the applicable state/local minimum salary thresholds)

Hiring Rate Maximum:

$110,000 annually
