The Opportunity:
CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed Training Content Developer. This position is in support of a Department of Defense (DoD) department modernizing their Information Technology (IT) as a service model.
In this role, the Training Content Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging technical training materials and resources in support of Enterprise Information Technology (EIT) functions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for training, strong instructional design skills, and experience with content development tools and technologies.
You will leverage your expertise to advise on the use of common tools and methodologies across the program and will provide feedback on instructional design and course content to ensure the curriculum meets the needs of learners.
The successful candidate must be able to communicate clearly and succinctly both written and orally - presenting products and ideas in a business-like manner.
The candidate will be required to work within dynamic fast paced environments that require team interaction and coordination of efforts. The candidate must be experienced in interfacing with both client managers and EIT system users.
Travel up to 25% is expected.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
