Must be able to report to the Dallas or Atlanta office 2x a week.

Job Summary

    The Training Consultant supports proprietary training efforts by analyzing training needs, crafting and producing materials, and evaluating training programs. This position builds proactive and adaptable solutions to business needs while taking opportunities to increase team performance.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Facilitate training sessions by delivering engaging and effective instructional material.
    • Serve as a mentor/SME to program participants, providing guidance and support throughout the duration of the training and continuing as a resource beyond program completion.
    • Develops multi-platform training solutions, including classroom training, virtual training, assessments, and multimedia visual aids. Collaborates in the design of computer-based and multimedia curricula.
    • Design benchmarks that measure the impact and efficiency of learning and development programs on business performance to build corresponding improvement plans.
    • Supports the implementation and execution of the Learning Management System through data entry, course creation, and scheduling, usage and completion reporting, compliance reporting, and trend analysis.
    • Assesses, plans, develops, and delivers training and learning initiatives. Ensures the quality and consistency of course content throughout a course life cycle.
    • Provides training support solutions to help meet business goals. Manages the training program in accordance with business needs, regulatory requirements, and the Quality Management System.
    • Builds and maintains training surveys. Consults with internal team members to support employee development.

    Qualifications

      Education & Years of Experience

      • Bachelor's Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 9-11 years of work experience

      Additional Experience

      • Experience in learning program design & implementation
      • Experience in a training role

      Work Environment / Physical Requirements

      • Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
      • Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

        Pay Rate

        $74,500 - $88,500 Salary

        Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
