As a UX/UI intern, you’ll collaborate with our team to design scalable components and create technical documentation. You’ll gain hand-on experience across a diverse range of digital platforms: from clinical diagnostics to analytics, and e-Commerce on desktop, tablet and mobile.

This role is part of our Early Career Program which is 6-months internship.
In this role, a typical day will include:
Support the creation and maintenance of design systems and style guides
Assist in designing scalable components and creating technical documentation
Assist in designing wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business goals
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:
Basic understanding of UX principles, UI design and user research
Ability to justify design decisions and choices
Familiarity with Figma
Basic understanding of design systems
Fluent English, as we’re working in an international team
Openness, communication skills, and willingness to grow
