Summary
Performs the set-up, calibration, operation, and troubleshooting of electropolish equipment, to polish sub-assembly components to surface finish requirement. Determines and may develop test specifications, methods and procedures from blueprints, drawings and diagrams. Will also assist in the assembly, testing, and troubleshoot of tube assemblies and/or final systems. May complete rework on assemblies/tubes. Prepare reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions to technical problems. May assist in the selection and set-up of specialized test equipment.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING AND CERTIFICATIONS
Required Certifications and Training
- Obtains and completes LMS training plan specific to assigned responsibility.
Experience Level with Business Tools
- Proficient in utilizing business tools such as: E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, machine specific operating systems, MES, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP product and productivity software desired.
