You as the Territory manager AWC for the Norwegian – Vest Norwegian market will be responsible for Sales and education for wound care customers in Convatec solutions and products within a specific region.


About the Role
In this role, you are responsible for building strong, trust-based relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering solutions that create real value. You play a key part in developing long-term partnerships that benefit both the customer and the business.
You actively monitor market trends and competitor activity, sharing relevant insights with your team to support strategic decisions. In collaboration with the Market Access team, you contribute to tender planning and execution—before, during, and after the process. Your input helps shape product offerings and strengthens our position in a competitive environment.
You also take the lead in educational initiatives, support key partners through training, and ensure that every customer interaction is followed up and reflected upon to continuously improve value delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Educational Meetings - Plan and deliver engaging sessions to share knowledge and strengthen customer relationships

  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction - Put customer needs first, while staying within company policies and legal frameworks

  • Provide Market and Customer Insights - Share valuable feedback with Manager and Marketing to guide strategic decisions

  • Co-Create Solutions with Customers - Collaborate with customers to define needs and develop tailored solutions

  • Follow Up and Reflect - Evaluate customer interactions using follow-up and available data to ensure value is delivered

  • Train and Support Key Stakeholders - Provide training to wholesalers and purchasers, and support sales campaigns and meetings

  • Drive Growth and Build Partnerships - Increase sales and market share by developing strong, long-term business relationships in your franchise area

Skills & Experience:

  • 3 years of experience from commercial or healthcare-related roles within a specialist area in the Med Tech, Pharma, or Life Science industry

  • Educated nurse and/or commercial academic degree at bachelor level

  • Fluent in local language, oral and written

  • Good skills in English language

  • Proactive, self-lead, structured, responsible

  • Good communication skills

  • Having good IT and Microsoft office skills will be considered very positive

Travel Requirements

In this Role you are expected to travel to customers 4-5 days a week. (Some of them include overnight travel)

Ideally you are living in Bergen or Stavanger

Team

You will be a part of the Danish and Norwegian sales team. We work remote and will be meeting each other biweekly on Teams, 2-4 sales meeting pr. Year and at exhibitions.
