Your Opportunity:
Navitor, a Taylor Company, is looking for a Temporary Equipment Operator to join our team.
Your Responsibilities:
• Set up and operate printing equipment according to job specifications and company quality standards
• Perform routine maintenance (daily, weekly, and monthly) to ensure optimal equipment performance
• Prepare inks for proper color and consistency
• Verify paper type, size, color, and quantity before each run
• Check plates for correct format and alignment
• Inspect printed materials throughout production for consistent quality
• Coordinate with the Production Team to schedule, prioritize, and adjust jobs as needed to meet deadlines
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
Your Shift:
• Part-time, Monday – Friday, 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
You Must Have:
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to set adjustable mechanisms to required tolerances
• Strong math skills and attention to detail
• Good reading comprehension and ability to follow written instructions
• High degree of mechanical ability and problem-solving skills
Requirements Within This Position:
• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information with others
• Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
• Frequently moves throughout the facility and operates machinery handling printed materials
• Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 25+ pounds
We Would Also Prefer:
• Ability to work with very close tolerances
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Good analytical ability
• Strong color discernment
