Purpose of Role:
The Technical Support Specialist is responsible for providing strong product technical support to mining customers, as well as quoting and managing third party fabrication projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Travels regionally to provide quick response and satisfactory solutions to immediate customer problems and product installations.
Assists with all activities associated with product tracking, performance analysis, warranty issues, policies and returns.
Provides product support education for customers, dealers, and other designated ESCO groups.
Responsible for defining scope of work for fabrication repairs, rebuilds, and new build projects, and compiling customer quotations for such work
Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviours in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
· Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered for candidates that have the ability to perform the objectives above.
· Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other related field required
· Excellent level of English & Strong computer skills
· Technical management experience in working with mining and/or fabrication workshop
