DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The Engineer must be a team player and work with other members of the team to meet all key performance indicators as set out in the management contract.
Responsible for site facilities operation.
Establish Engineering & Operational procedures and roll out for site staff
Responsible for delivery of services in accordance with client’s Management SLA
Ensure compliance with all governmental regulations
The single point of technical issue for FM & Project Innovation at the site.
Managing all contract vendors to carries out technical audits/ maintenance for all installation as schedule
Develop of technical service standard
Initiate planning of Critical Environment procedureProvide solutions for technical issue
Initiate a system to measure the quality of performance on a quarterly basis
Initiate Preventive Management Program
Responsible for Early involvement in Facilities Operation and provide advisory service during Site Inspection and Project Development
Solution Provision for minor projects and coordinating with contractors/vendors from initiation to completion
Participate in DRRP per client’s requirement
KEY PERFORMANCE MEASURES
Assist Project manager to build up a high-level standard services system and operate daily work.
Monitor and manage related daily work and ensure service quality.
Maintain the vendor management of maintenance, transformation, project, etc. by conducting vendor KPI assessment, service standard renews and cost tracking & control, and administrative procedures and processes, and ensure image and visual standards be the highest level.
Administrate the relevant documents of routine services and keep all the records complete and well-organized.
Assist to build on site administrative training system and processing relative training.
To perform related duties as directed.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
§ Minimum bachelor degree
§ Must have more than 3 years of experience in hard service or Project innovation management in campus;
§ Self-motivated, results driven
§ With excellent communication and coordination ability
§ Well versed in computer applications
§ Excellent in Chinese and English language.
§ Good customer service sense and communication skill
