Description -
We are looking for a Technical Demo Program Lead to join the Customer Welcome Center team in Barcelona. The ideal candidate will not only manage the technical infrastructure, products and demonstrations at the center, but also support customer/partner presentations. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all briefings deliver technical excellence and are compelling and engaging fully tailored to the customer needs.
It is expected a presence of 4-5 days per week onsite in average.
Key Responsibilities
Setup, maintain, update customer demos to showcase HP’s One HP Solutions.
Deliver demonstrations and presentations.
Provide technical recommendations, direction and guidance on HP solutions.
Engage in sales opportunities requiring an in-depth or technical understanding of client hardware, software and solutions.
Propose the best, most competitive configurations and solutions for our customers.
Raise and manage technical escalations on questions and technical issues.
Contribute to NPS standards.
Maintain and manage a competitive and appropriate level of technical and professional competence.
Help CO teams achieve and exceed HP revenue and profit goals.
