General Summary:
The Technical Communicator I is responsible for creating, maintaining, and delivering documentation to support 
the organization’s portfolio of products. This role works in partnership with cross-functional teams to create 
content for multiple communication platforms to ensure accurate documents are available for both partner and 
colleague use.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Provides support to the Education teams, with a high attention to detail
• Researches, analyzes, and documents findings
• May influence others within the Technical Communications team through the explanation of facts, 
policies, and practices
• Creates branded documentation as requested
• Works cross-functionally to design and develop documentation deliverables to support successful product 
releases
• Responds to partner and colleague document requests in a timely manner
• Assists in the review and editing process of company documentation and material needs
• Supports the team's vision and goals through the lens of documentation and education 
• Researches, troubleshoots, and problem-solves to help resolve tickets and requests

Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required:

• Ability to work independently on projects and processes with general supervision
• Practical knowledge of applicable work area
• Ability to situationally adapt and understand new technology/processes as per business requirement
• Basic knowledge of coding languages
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including grammar, formatting, spelling, and 
proofreading knowledge
• Familiarity with Agile software development
• Ability to simplify and break down complex steps and technical steps that are easy to understand
• Prioritization and time management skills 
• Preferred: Knowledge of Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence

Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent business experience
• 1+ years of relevant experience
• Preferred: Experience with help authoring tools or platforms 

Working Conditions:
• Hybrid depending on location (Pune/Mumbai/Bangalore)
• Shift Timing - 5 PM IST to 2 AM IST
