The Role:

This role sits at the intersection of operations, communications, and leadership enablement. You’ll drive clarity, alignment, and execution across a fast-moving organization.

You will shape how our leaders show up internally and externally.

You will play a critical role in ensuring we remain a high-performance, high-engagement culture where people feel connected to the vision.

You will create repeatable systems to help us scale and simplify, as well as maintain an operational cadence that keeps a large, complex organization running smoothly - priorities move from plan to action, programs roll out on time.

This is a role for someone who thrives on operational rigor, crisp communication, and making complex organizations run seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive & Organizational Communications: Own drafting, editing, and delivery of impactful communications. Help shape company-wide narratives that connect strategy, performance, and culture.
Executive PR & Visibility: Support external visibility efforts—helping craft thought leadership, press opportunities, and speaking engagements that strengthen the reputation of our leadership and the company.
Operational Cadence & Alignment: Drive the heartbeat of the organization—owning program cadences, leadership forums, and communication systems that keep teams informed, accountable, and moving in sync to ensure seamless execution against priorities.
Org Connector: Partner across teams to ensure employees are informed, motivated, and aligned. Proactively close gaps with clear messaging, streamlined processes, and thoughtful engagement.
Culture & Engagement Programs: Design and run programs that celebrate wins, recognize excellence, and fuel a positive, high-energy environment. Build rituals and operating rhythms that make our culture vibrant and fun while reinforcing a high bar of performance and talent density.

USA Salary Range (OTE)

$120,000—$176,000 USD
