assists in implementing age appropriate activities, supervision and management of the classroom for children 6 weeks through 18 months of age.

responsible for interacting with each child in a warm and loving way on a daily basis. responsible for assisting the teacher in implementing positive, supportive methods of behavior management to nurture and foster each child's feelings of confidence, competence and self direction.
