• Maintain and optimize equipment performance for semiconductor packaged and wafer testing equipment.
• Perform routine setup of Automated Test Equipment (ATE) automated handlers and wafer probe equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair un=optimized and malfunctioning test equipment,
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve tool uptime and operational efficiency.
• Document maintenance and testing activities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs, improve operation efficiency and enhance equipment reliability.
