Job Description – TD Flight Ops Revision Coordinator
About us
There is an opportunity in Airbus India Customer Services to join the Operational Unit "Technical Data Support & Services", which is in charge of defining, producing, delivering and supporting the Technical Data (TD) products and services which are necessary for Customers to safely and efficiently operate their aircraft.
We answer daily queries and support our customers with data customization management, data access, and fleet management and contribute to new customer Entry into service. We also ensure that Flight Operations (F.Ops) products are generated and dispatched in compliance with TD processes, Quality Gates and SLAs.
Job description
The jobholder will be responsible for
Provide TD F.Ops Customized products on Time, Cost and Quality
Maintain TD F.OPS Assembly & Dispatch quality referential up to date
Propose and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to identify and develop potential process improvements
Maintain and support the development of operational dashboards using data analysis techniques to provide actionable insights
Maintain and contribute to enhance a close relationship with internal stakeholders like STL, DCT and external customers
Propose and contribute to proactive support activities and improvement initiatives to boost our efficiency
Provide daily Operations support on Flight Operations Documentation update requests, following an SB incorporation to ensure that Flight Operations Technical Data manuals are delivered to Customers (MRO, Airlines, Lessors....) in line with AIRBUS contractual commitments, Customer fleet and aircraft configuration.
The jobholder will be involved in the activities:
Verify and validate F.OPS data assembly and dispatch deliveries in accordance with TD Quality Gate and revision planning
Identity and propose all potential steps of automation or optimisation
Develop and maintain RPA in regards of validated improvements
Analyse in details (retro-engineering) F.OPS SmallAPPs (IDO /OPA) in order to:
Identify checks developed in the SmallApps
Participate to meetings/workshops to refine these checks
Propose new features and optimization of IDO/OPA tools.
Follow-up, control & validate the sub-contracting activities
Prepare and participate to the pre finalization meetings and daily meetings
Participate to the analysis of operational issues detected
Provides on-time, on-cost and on-quality operational support
Coordinates operational topics with all relevant stakeholders
Analyses and provides answer to Customer Flight Operations Documentation updates daily queries
Interface with stakeholder network & manages continuous cross-collaboration improvement
Provides proactive support to Customers through adapted communication means & foster proactive support in the Team
Guarantees Maintenance and Flight operations manuals are customized to the operator’s fleet
Guarantees Maintenance and F. OPS Technical Data manuals are delivered to Customers (MRO, Airlines, Lessors....) in line with AIRBUS contractual commitments
Provides support on dedicated activities to the subcontractor daily activities when needed & ensures subcontractor performance (monitoring, reporting and continuous improvement)
Guarantees Export Control rules knowledge and adherence
Maintains and contributes to enhance high-level Customer satisfaction and proximity through adapted means.
