About the Role
We are looking for a Tax Analyst to join our growing Finance team in Sofia. This role is a key part of ensuring compliance with corporate income tax (CIT) and transfer pricing (TP) obligations across our European entities. You will work closely with our Senior Tax Analyst to execute tax compliance tasks, maintain reporting dashboards, support audits, and ensure our processes are accurate and timely.

What You’ll Do

  • Support direct tax compliance execution, including preparation of drafts, reconciliations, and updates to transfer pricing local files.

  • Maintain a centralized tax filing dashboard, track deadlines, escalate risks, and ensure timely submissions.

  • Assist in implementing Pillar Two compliance (OECD Global Minimum Tax) and other reporting requirements.

  • Support audit readiness by collecting and analyzing documentation for tax checks and audits.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate data for tax filings.

  • Contribute to process improvements and documentation of controls for tax compliance.


Who We’re Looking For

  • Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field.

  • Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in tax compliance or multinational finance operations (in-house or Big 4 advisory).

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and their impact on tax.

  • Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Data Tables, etc.).

  • Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken.

  • Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment.

  • Ability to work collaboratively and maintain accountability for results.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with tax data analytics tools (e.g., Alteryx) and SAP.

  • ACCA accreditation or studying towards it.

  • Previous experience drafting tax compliance processes and controls.
