WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and define the ideal candidate profile
- Design and execute creative sourcing strategies using platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Telegram, and others — exploring new ways to reach top talent
- Track and analyze your sourcing results, experiment with new tools and approaches, and continuously refine your search strategy
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential candidates, creating a strong and relevant talent pipeline for future needs
WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU:
- 2–5 years of experience in recruiting or sourcing in IT, with experience working on both technical and back-office roles, and genuine interest in sourcing across any area
- Proven experience handling challenging searches and developing effective sourcing strategies tailored to each role
- Strong analytical skills — track and evaluate sourcing results using data, identify issues in the process, and take action to resolve or escalate them
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools, platforms, and creative search methods; staying up-to-date with new tools, trends, and best practices in sourcing
- Excellent time management — prioritize tasks, manage multiple searches simultaneously, and meet deadlines consistently
- Skilled in writing clear, engaging, and personalized outreach messages that effectively connect with candidates
- Sufficient English skills to communicate effectively with native speakers
NICE-TO-HAVE:
- Strong interest in IT, programming, and modern technologies
- Background in technical or trading fields is a plus
