Help employees identify the purpose of working in AIG through Talent/Performance management and culture & inclusion activities.
• Ensure to deploy employees with the right skillsets to the right positions by conducting talent planning and assessment which is consistent with global process and approach
• Maximize potential and performance of individuals which enables sustainable profitable growth of AIG Japan
Talent Review and Succession Planning:
• Partner with global T&I team, provide input and insight to them to ensure local implementation. Serve as an advisor to local HRBPs (pre-talent review), including getting alignment with them for overall implementation of talent review of the year (i.e. data collection approach, identification of critical roles and talent discussion needs, development action plan tracking)
• Conduct talent data analysis and create local talent dashboard based on the result of talent planning, which shows trend in overall AIG talent (i.e. overview of talent potential assessment, trend in succession planning etc.)
• Develop documents for succession plan discussion(s) and facilitate the sessions. Manage post-event actions such as distributing memos, and ensure what was discussed will lead to actions
• Plan and launch talent forum where senior leaders discuss and make decisions and monitor development actions for hipo talents
• Educate managers to ensure that talent review, performance review and comp review need to be aligned for consistent assessment and retaining high-performing talents by analyzing results and trend of talent review and succession plan. Provide insight to Japan HRLT, find solutions and take actions by collaborating with HRBPs
• Build tracking process for talent management to prove our actions result in behavioral transformation

• Assess organizational issues based on the voice from business, identify problems and help them find solutions. Provide them with appropriate tools/methods to ensure they contribute to strong team/business function performance and engagement.
• Design workshop/team building activities and implement as per request from business functions.
