This is a remote-friendly hybrid role with a preference for candidates based in New York City, where we have a vibrant HQ and frequent in-person collaboration.


The Role:

We’re looking for a senior-level recruiter to join our team and lead searches across a variety of high-impact roles—including leadership and executive-level positions—primarily in the U.S. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers primarily across Product and Engineering, to deliver top-tier, values-aligned talent. This is a hybrid role based in New York, with the expectation of working from our Brooklyn office a couple of days a week.

This is not a sourcing-only role. We’re looking for someone who can drive strategy, influence decisions, and deliver outstanding candidate and hiring manager experiences. You’ll be joining at a key moment in our growth and help shape what great hiring looks like at CookUnity.

What You'll Do

  • Own the end-to-end recruiting process for high-impact roles across the U.S., including executive-level searches.

  • Act as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers and leaders—bringing structured processes, market insights, and strategic input.

  • Build strong pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach, using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, GEM, and innovative AI support.

  • Champion candidate experience and ensure a best-in-class interview process, from intake to close.

  • Lead interviewer calibration, debriefs, and structured decision-making to support inclusive and high-quality hires.

  • Drive employer branding efforts—helping us stand out to top talent in competitive markets within the USA.

  • Lead offer management and negotiation with empathy, transparency, and speed.

  • Bring a data-driven mindset to track progress and optimize hiring performance.


About You

  • 5+ years of in-house, full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in product-led, high-growth environments.

  • Proven success recruiting across multiple functions, including Tech/Engineering, Product, and Data.

  • Experience managing U.S.-based hiring processes, with exposure to executive and senior-level recruiting.

  • Comfortable working directly with senior stakeholders—offering both strategic counsel and operational support.

  • Skilled in sourcing, pipeline management, and ATS tools (we use Greenhouse).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Resourceful, organized, proactive, and a strong problem solver who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.


Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with talent marketing and employer branding tactics.

  • Experience hiring in both U.S. and LATAM markets.

  • Exposure to executive recruiting and working closely with retained firms.

  • Conversational Spanish is valued.

Compensation

All final pay rates will be determined by candidates experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
Pay Range for this position
$100,000$115,000 USD
