About the Role

Workato is growing fast—and we’re looking for a Technical Talent Acquisition Partner (6-month contract) to help us scale our world-class Product and Engineering organizations during this exciting phase of growth.

This role will focus on recruiting for Product Management, Engineering, and Design functions, driving the full lifecycle of hiring for some of Workato’s most critical teams. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, bringing a structured, data-driven approach to talent acquisition and a deep understanding of the competitive tech talent landscape.

The ideal candidate has a successful track record recruiting for Product Management, Engineering, and Design roles within fast-paced technology environments. You thrive on building strong relationships with hiring partners, excel at balancing strategic priorities with day-to-day execution, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience every time.

This position is based in our Palo Alto headquarters and requires regular in-office presence to collaborate effectively with leaders and cross-functional partners.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design leaders to deeply understand hiring needs, define ideal candidate profiles, and create effective sourcing strategies.

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from intake meetings and sourcing to interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination.

  • Build and nurture diverse, high-quality talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.

  • Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience, ensuring transparent, timely communication and thoughtful process management.

  • Use data and recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, pipeline conversion rates, source performance) to drive accountability and optimize processes.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with People Operations and leadership to align hiring priorities with Workato’s broader growth goals.

  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across all hiring activities.

  • Represent Workato authentically in all candidate interactions, strengthening our employer brand in the market.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a proven and successful track record hiring for Product Management, Engineering, and Design roles.

  • Experience recruiting in SaaS or high-growth technology environments, with strong knowledge of the tech and product talent market.

  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality and speed.

  • Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, HireEZ).

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to set realistic expectations, influence decisions, and build trust at all levels.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to clearly articulate opportunities and deliver constructive feedback.

  • Analytical mindset and comfort using recruiting data to drive decisions and improvements.

  • High attention to detail, strong sense of ownership, and bias for action.

  • Commitment to providing a transparent, inclusive, and positive candidate experience.

  • In-office presence required at our Palo Alto, CA headquarters to collaborate effectively with Product and Engineering teams.

Preferred Experience

  • Prior experience recruiting for technical or product leadership roles.

  • Familiarity with Workato’s automation and integration platform or similar technologies.

  • Experience partnering across global or distributed teams.

For California applicants, the hourly rate for this role starts at $48/hour.
