About the location:

Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor, perched on the spectacular Formentor Peninsula and surrounded by panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the stunning landscape, first opened its doors in August 2024 following an extensive restoration and renovation of the historic property, originally inaugurated in 1929 on a vast private estate. After its successful debut, the resort will reopen to guests in March 2025, reaffirming its status as a unique destination of luxury and elegance on the island.

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will play an active role in attracting and selecting top talent for our hotel. You’ll collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to coordinate recruitment processes, communicate with candidates and hiring managers, and help ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

This internship is ideal for someone passionate about people and hospitality, eager to develop their career in Human Resources within a luxury hotel environment.

What you will do

  • Support the full recruitment cycle, from job postings and candidate sourcing to interview coordination and onboarding.

  • Communicate directly with candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth, professional, and engaging recruitment process.

  • Draft and publish job descriptions across internal and external platforms.

  • Assist in maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate database.

  • Participate in employer branding initiatives, including recruitment events and social media activities.

  • Contribute creative ideas to improve candidate attraction and experience.

  • Prepare recruitment reports and assist with data analysis to optimize recruitment strategies.

  • Conduct market research on recruitment trends and best practices within the hospitality industry.

What you bring

  • Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.

  • Background: Previous experience or academic focus in talent acquisition, human resources, or people management is an advantage.

  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and team members at all levels.

  • Creativity & Proactivity: Innovative thinker who takes initiative, proposes ideas, and seeks continuous improvement in processes.

  • Organization: Detail-oriented with strong time management and multitasking abilities.

  • Collaboration: Positive, team-oriented attitude with a genuine interest in people and culture.

  • Technical skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook); familiarity with ATS or HR software is a plus.

  • Professionalism: Discreet, adaptable, and responsible, with a can-do mindset.

  • Legal right to work in Spain.

Schedule & Hours

Temporary contract, full time (40 hours per week) working from monday to friday).
