The Opportunity:
CACI is currently looking for a System Administrator with agile methodology experience to join our BEAGLE (Border Enforcement Applications for Government Leading-Edge Information Technology) Agile Solution Factory (ASF) Team supporting Customs and Border Protection (CBP) client located in Northern Virginia! Join this passionate team of industry-leading individuals supporting the best practices in Agile Software Development for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
As a member of the BEAGLE ASF Team, you will support the men and women charged with safeguarding the American people and enhancing the Nation’s safety, security, and prosperity. CBP agents and officers are on the front lines, every day, protecting our national security by combining customs, immigration, border security, and agricultural protection into one coordinated and supportive activity.

Responsibilities:
As a System Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:
Tier 1 (Help Desk) support for problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution.
Tier 2 (Escalation) support for more complex issues, providing troubleshooting and in-depth analysis.
Configuration and management of custom application systems.
Installation of Security patches or POA&M resolution
Managing the configuration, operation, and performance of IT systems and ensuring systems are compliant with security controls.
Address periodic vulnerability scan findings and working with security officers to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Managing user accounts (establishing, modifying, disabling) and ensuring compliance with Identity & Access Control Management (ICAM) policies.
Supporting escalation and communication of issue status to agency management and internal customers.
Providing analysis and feedback to management for escalated tickets and system optimization.
Collaborating with the Information System Security Officer (ISSO) and Information System Owner (ISO) regarding system changes and security authorizations.
Qualifications:
Required: 
Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to pass CBP background investigation, criteria will include:
3 year check for felony convictions
1 year check for illegal drug use
1 year check for misconduct such as theft or fraud
Professional Experience: at least three (3) years related experience; particularly working on government contracts
College degree (B.S.) in Computer Science, Information Management Systems, experience considered in lieu of degree
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong technical background, with a minimum of two (2) solid years of experience providing system administration support for multiple custom .Net and Java applications
Highly responsible, team-oriented individual with very strong communication skills and work ethic; self-starter and highly proactive
Thorough knowledge of server and system administration principles

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$72,700 - $149,200
