About our Team:

The System Strategy Consultant provides consultative support to complex customer engagements by providing design services, application guidance, and evaluation for product and platform workflows created to solve specific use cases.

About the Role:

The System Strategy Consultant (SSC) is part of the Professional Service Fraud & Identity consulting corps, a broader team, organized into vertical markets, and comprised of specialists in technology, products, platforms, and analytics, as well as generalists in project implementation, management and delivery; the core mission of F&I Professional Services is to help customers implement and use the full suite of LexisNexis products and platforms to best effect.  Consultants may work as part of multi-disciplinary project teams that are task organized to the specific needs of large, complex customer engagements; alternatively, consultants may work with a high degree of autonomy and independent judgment when acting as the primary LexisNexis resource for small scale engagements.  Consultants should be effective communicators who can adapt to addressing business concerns as well as technical or operational needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain knowledge and competence and expertise in the LexisNexis product and platform suite for Fraud & Identity solutions.

  • Develop and maintain awareness of common customer business processes (for example for login, account changes, account opening, and payments);, as required;, develop expertise in specialized or standards driven workflows (such as NIST IAL2).

  • As part of a project team or individually, engage with customers to consult and advise on solution design using the LexisNexis F&I product and platform suite; advocate for best practices and provide insight into comparable industry practices.

  • Conceptualize and prototype workflows on DDP and RDP to vet new workflows and use cases using a hands-on approach and in collaboration with SMEs and Technical Consultants.

  • Lead and contribute to workflow design discussion; evaluate new products and capabilities to support their use in full solution workflows.

  • Communicate effectively and persuasively to technical and business stakeholders in-person, remotely, and through written communications; must be proficient in the use of presentation and workflow design tools.

Requirements:

  • Experience, with preference for a technical, engineering, systems or analytic discipline.

  • Mid level experience in a customer facing role, with preference for industry-specific process or compliance knowledge (e.g., finance, government, ecommerce, education).

  • Ability to translate complex concepts, data and problems into actionable steps to move the client’s decision model forward.

  • Familiarity with Enterprise application architecture concepts.

  • Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools (excel, PowerBI or SQL).

  • Excellent analytic, problem solving, troubleshooting and analytic skills.

  • Excellent customer-facing skills with ability to persuasively communicate in varied mediums and settings: in person, via remote meeting, and in written communications.

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $84,900 - $141,600. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
