Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented ISurvey Engineer - Saudi National to join our team! In this role you will get to support upcoming high demands for Tanmiah land acquisition, and operational daily demands. In addition to supporting projects related to the Land Management Department, such as topographic surveys, land inventory, and the preparation of related documents and reports. .
What You'll Be Doing:
Provide technical and administrative support for activities related to the land expropriation project in coordination with Tanmiah and other relevant stakeholders.
Support land management operations pertaining to field monitoring and coordination with government entities to ensure compliance and data accuracy.
Act as a technical coordinator between the Land Management and GIS departments by overseeing survey works conducted by contractors on behalf of SD, ensuring the quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of geospatial data to the GIS division.
Support the inventory and classification of landownership in accordance with approved policies and procedures.
Prepare and review technical maps and layouts to support professional opinions in collaboration with related departments such as Delivery and Development.
Prepare comprehensive field reports, documentation, and permits related to land management and surveying activities.
Represent Soudah Development (SD) in technical engagements with external entities such as Tanmiah, and other government or strategic partners
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Geomatics Engineering or Survey Engineering
Previous experience in dealing with relevant entities such as the Aseer Municipality, Aseer Emirate, Aseer NCVC & NCEC, and others.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
Good skills using ArcGIS Pro and other map programs.
Good communication skills in Arabic
Familiarity with land management and permitting-related documents.
Must be Saudi from Aseer Region to ensure success as of the nature of the work.
