General Description:
Under general supervision, responsible for maintaining the schedule for all surgeries. Responsible for quality assurance processes and compiling department statistical reports.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience: 0 - 3 years of experience required.
License(s)/Certification(s)/Registration(s) Required: None
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Good communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in an effective manner and communicate information calmly.
- Ability to work under stress.
- Computer Skills – strong computer skills with knowledge of computer scheduling applications and Electronic Medical Record system.
- Customer orientation – establishes and maintains long-term customer relationships, building trust and respect by consistently meeting and exceeding expectations
- Interpersonal skills – able to work effectively with other employees, patients and external parties
- Policies & Procedures – demonstrates knowledge and understanding of organizational policies, procedures and systems
