As a Construction Contracts Supervisor, you lead a team overseeing contracts while managing your own bids, negotiations, awards, and administration for maintenance and capital projects. You set direction, improve templates and processes, track performance and risk, and resolve complex issues. You will collaborate with Project Execution, Supply Chain, Legal, and field leaders to keep projects on scope, schedule, and budget while meeting company and legal standards. You will promote safety and compliance, drive contractor performance, and foster a culture built on reliability, environmental responsibility, and strong internal service.

Leads contract management team and develops capabilities
Manages bids, negotiations, awards, and contract administration for projects
Streamlines templates and processes to improve efficiency
Monitors performance metrics and risk indicators
Resolves complex contract and compliance issues
Partners with internal teams to align work with scope, schedule, and budget
Drives adherence to company procedures and legal requirements
Champions safety and regulatory compliance across all phases
Oversees contractor performance and enforces standards
Builds collaborative relationships focused on reliability and environmental responsibility
Other duties as assigned
Required: High school diploma and minimum five (5) years of experience creating, bidding, negotiating and implementing construction contracts or drafting, revising and proofing contractual documents.
Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and minimum eight (8) years of experience creating, bidding, negotiating and implementing construction contracts or drafting, revising and proofing contractual documents.

Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills
Demonstrates aptitude and ability to embrace technology and applications to drive operational efficiency and streamline processes
Valid Driver's License
