The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) group is seeking a Support Integration Specialist to join our Flight Test and Evaluation team in China Lake, CA. This candidate will serve as the conduit between maintenance, logistics, and engineering for the Kuwait Foreign Military Sales (FMS) flight test program, onsite support aircraft modifications, and future programs. This team focuses on experimental flight test for cutting edge technology focused on the F/A-18 and EA-18G mission systems.
Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Mid-Level and Senior Level Support Integration Specialists.
Position Responsibilities:
Collaborates closely with engineering to disposition work authorization and subsequently drive maintenance actions
Manages, monitors, and integrates product/program lifecycle support activities to include support system analysis, spares, provisioning, technical data, training, maintenance/modifications, support equipment and facilities
Manages and monitors support engineering data development
Establishes support requirements, costs, technical objectives, definitions, statement of work breakdown, reports, master schedule, program implementation and integration plans in accordance with contract requirements
Coordinates and gathers data for estimates in support of proposal activities
Develop processes and coordinates activities to ensure technical data and procedures are documented and current
Conduct presentations, status reviews, and monitors execution of support programs
Reviews program and engineering change proposals and assesses product support impacts
In addition to the above, the Senior Level 4 position responsibilities would include:
Provides clarity over U.S. military technical directives, manuals, and publications
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of operational flight test experience on military tactical fighter platforms
4+ years of experience interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and/or other technical packages
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) and/or aviation maintenance-tracking systems (MES, Gold, AFRS, OOMA, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Level 4: 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Leadership experience within a high op-tempo maintenance or operations environment
Proven communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across multi-functional teams
Experience managing and prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines
Exceptional attention to safety, quality, and detail

Summary Pay Range for Mid-Level (Level 3): $96,900 – $131,100
Summary Pay Range for Senior Level (Level 4): $120,700 – $163,300
