About the job：

• Coaches and manages the work activities and may have full management accountability for the performance and development of team. (50%)
• Analyzes, designs, and implements global supply chain practices for a business unit; targets are aligned to manufacturing, distribution, inventory management, and customer demands. (30%)
• Assesses issues and develops resolutions to meet supply chain objectives. Ensures that the team continually focuses on ways to meet and improve upon Littelfuse's supply chain metrics. (10%)
• Reports on supply chain metrics for the business unit and identifies areas that need improvement. (10%)
• Other duties as assigned.

About you:

• Bachelor or university degree
• Preferred in Supply Chain, Business, Business Analytics, or related field
• Seven to ten years of experience
• Management experience
• Deep knowledge of supply chain
• Experience working with a manufacturing company
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong communication skills
• High attention to detail
