The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for leading both tactical operations and strategic transformation initiatives within our Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) operations. This role will be responsible for optimizing end-to-end supply chain performance — from demand planning, procurement, and logistics to supplier relationship management and digital process transformation. The ideal candidate will combine a deep understanding of aerospace MRO operations with the ability to drive process improvements, technology adoption, and organizational change to ensure improved seamless warehouse operations, reduced turnaround times, and enhanced cost efficiency.

Key Responsibility

Tactical & Operational Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day MRO material planning, purchasing, repair order management, and logistics execution.
  • Ensure on-time availability of rotables, consumables, and repairable components to meet maintenance schedules and minimize AOG events.
  • Manage supplier performance through KPIs (OTD, quality, TAT, cost) and regular business reviews.
  • Resolve supply disruptions, expedite critical parts, and maintain effective communication between maintenance operations and suppliers.
  • Optimize inventory levels and working capital while maintaining high service reliability.
  • Lead and mentor a team of supply chain planners, buyers, and analysts to drive accountability and performance excellence

Strategic Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a multi-year supply chain transformation roadmap, aligning with business goals, MRO growth targets, and cost-reduction objectives.
  • Lead initiatives in digitalization, automation, and analytics to improve material availability, reduce turnaround time (TAT), and enhance forecasting accuracy.
  • Champion continuous improvement (CORE, Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) across all supply chain processes.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in any disciplines.
  • 10 years’ experience in Supply Chain, Warehouse & Logistics or Operations with supervisory management.
  • Managerial experience in Supply Chain, procurement and warehouse/logistics operations
  • Proven record of leading complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills to work in cross-functional business environment to drive transformation initiatives and objectives.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player with high standards of performance and personal integrity

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Relevant experience in Aerospace or Manufacturing.
  • Lean manufacturing or repair experience with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP) and digital transformation tools.
