You will be a principal finance business partner to the South Cone Supply Chain Leaders, providing both day-to-day finance support to this teams and developing and executing the strategic programs. This role plays the link between the Supply Chain teams and the business units in providing clear visibility, analysis, support and cost optimization.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the end-to-end financial forecasting process for Supply Chain, delivering insights and strategic commentary.

  • Analyze actual results, explain variances, and recommend corrective actions to ensure business targets are met or exceeded

  • Actively contribute to value creation by challenging the status quo, driving continuous improvement, recommending plans and supporting key Supply Chain projects/initiatives.

  • Be the link and enabler between the Supply Chain Team and the business units to help surpass our targets.

  • Develop analytical processes and tools to support better delivery of Supply Chain logistics objectives.

  • Share best practices and collaborate with Supply Chain Finance teams across business units to embed best practice.

  • Act as the finance thought partner to the Supply Chain Leaders, providing strategic support and financial guidance.

  • Strong industry experience, preferably in FMCG, with a proven track record in Supply Chain.

  • Technical skills, analytical ability, and operational focus.

  • Drive cost awareness and productivity across Supply Chain workstreams.

  • Business partnering to support requests for information and analysis.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.

  • Ability to work effectively across diverse cultures and organizations.

  • Degree qualified with 3+ years of experience or equivalent education and experience. Associated careers: Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Accounting or similar.

  • Advanced English level

  • Quick learner of tools, systems, and processes (SAP, Excel BI tools business warehouse system, etc.).
