POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator II to play a vital role in optimizing our Baltimore manufacturing site's operations by enhancing coordination between the plant and the Home Office. This position involves detailed production and logistics planning, precise inventory management, and effective communication to ensure smooth material flow, accurate record-keeping, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will leverage data to drive planning and contribute to continuous process improvement within the supply chain.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the coordinated site optimization between Home Office and the Baltimore manufacturing site through data-driven planning, careful data maintenance, and by establishing efficient two-way communication methods.
- Planning activities include: preparing yearly and monthly production and packaging planning using historical sales, current inventories, and current trends, managing an outbound and inbound truck schedule to ensure efficient flow of goods into and out of the facility, assisting in weekly and daily planning including readying operational sheets (Bill of Lading, Bill of Materials, and blending sheets) for Operations function.
- Data Maintenance activities include: processing paperwork of inbound goods to ensure receipt and location is properly recorded in ERP system, maintaining accurate inventory recording of the site at all times, maintaining an accurate cataloging of site tank and storage assets, housing and/or entering operational, Proof of Deliveries and Certificate of Authenticity sheets into internal and vendor/customer systems to ensure information transfer is accurate, and updating logistics systems with outbound truck movements.
- Communication activities include: providing information back to Home Office on shipment ready notifications as well as ETA estimates for sales orders. Activity will also include being a conduit of Supply Chain information back to site.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required skills and qualifications:
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in supply chain coordination, production planning, or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and inventory management best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills for demand forecasting, inventory analysis, and process optimization.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and the Home Office.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data maintenance and record-keeping.
Ideal candidates will also possess:
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics D365
- Experience consuming and navigating Power BI
