The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Supply Chain Business First Line Manager to join BCA Supply Chain – Functional Excellence Operations team in Kent, WA. This position is required to be 100% onsite. This position will require you to sit at the Kent, WA location with travel to the Everett, WA site on a weekly basis.
This team serves as the first line of support for internal and external customers, ensuring requests, system questions, and enhancement needs are handled efficiently and accurately.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead our business systems operations team within BCA Supply Chain. This role will specifically be responsible for leading a team focused on sustainment and transformation within the aggregation programs systems.
In this role, you will manage daily team operations, coordinate priorities across internal stakeholders and an external software development vendor, and ensure commitments are delivered on time and within budget. You don’t need to be a technical expert — success in this position depends on your ability to organize work, empower your team, and drive operational results through people and process excellence.
