Supplier & Customer Service Supervisor

To support the management of customer service and supply chain operations, ensuring high service levels and efficient processes. The Supervisor will assist in overseeing daily activities, improving supplier performance, and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective communication and process optimization.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Assist in managing customer service and supply chain teams to deliver high-performance service levels.
  • Monitor supplier delivery performance, track on-time in-full (OTIF) metrics, and analyze overdue orders to identify root causes and propose solutions.
  • Support the preparation and standardization of management reports, including delivery plans, sales revenue tracking, aging reports, and distribution center cost reports.
  • Provide daily guidance, coaching, and support to team members, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring effective communication with suppliers for order progression and issue resolution.
  • Help develop and implement new systems to address process gaps, such as customer demand planning, order allocation, and paperless payment applications.
  • Supervise and guide entry-level to professional team members, fostering effective communication and collaboration with customers and internal teams.
  • Assist in creating and optimizing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve customer experience and ensure compliance.
  • Maintain regular communication with suppliers and support database management for lead times, packaging details, and customs-related information.
  • Support year-end inventory control while ensuring all customer requirements are met.
  • Organize team meetings to identify and address potential issues, working closely with planning, warehouse, and industrial engineering teams.
  • Resolve customer complaints and exceptions promptly, ensuring on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction.
  • Track and manage customer feedback through issue logs, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor key performance metrics to ensure operational success and efficiency.
  • Identify the solution for liquid cooling projects for the customer high expectation for the delivery within 21 days

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's degree

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience.
  • Willingness to travel as required (up to 50%).
  • Strong proficiency in English to communicate effectively with global teams.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Good analytical skills to identify and resolve issues.
  • Strong sense of urgency and responsibility.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations, compliance requirements, and processes.
