About the Role:
We’re looking for a dynamic leader to guide our Accounts Payable and Vendor Claims Management teams toward operational excellence. In this role, you’ll oversee daily workflows, ensuring objectives are met on time while supporting both internal and external partners. You’ll be a key driver of process improvements, mentor and develop talented professionals, and help shape the future of our finance operations.

What You’ll Do:
Lead and Inspire
Supervise daily operations, adjusting resources during peak periods to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Monitor productivity, address performance issues, and ensure quality standards are consistently met.
Recognize and reward team contributions, fostering a culture of engagement and excellence.
Develop Talent
Partner with the Manager to conduct performance reviews, maintain employee records, and implement development plans.
Hire, onboard, and train new team members; identify opportunities for ongoing skill enhancement.
Mentor staff, providing guidance and motivation to help them reach their full potential.
Drive Operational Excellence
Analyze performance metrics to uncover opportunities for process and system improvements.
Track and achieve goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Support complex negotiations with business partners and propose innovative solutions to mitigate risk.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience & Education
8–10 years of relevant professional experience.
1–3 years in a direct leadership or supervisory role.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Technical Expertise
Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
Strong data entry skills and ability to perform both basic and complex mathematical calculations.
Comfortable with common office equipment and adept at learning new systems and technologies quickly.
Leadership & Core Skills
Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
Proven ability to forecast impacts, implement solutions, and adapt to change.
Skilled in hiring, developing, and retaining top talent.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations.
Confident negotiator who can persuasively promote ideas.
Highly organized, with strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
Committed to maintaining confidentiality, ethical standards, and professionalism.
Able to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and senior leadership.
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
Willingness to work in a phone-based environment using a headset for extended periods.

Professional office environment.
This role follows the company's RTO policy Hybrid Work Schedule with 3 days in office 2 days in office which is subject to change according to business needs.
Local (in-country) travel required.
Frequent Travel Required (25%).
