What You Will Do:

  • Responsible for supervising an assigned area that includes multiple well sites, a plant and compressor station, gathering systems, and water disposal facilities.

  • Responsible for construction, installation and maintenance activities throughout the entire assigned area.

  • Coordinate efforts of personnel and contractors to ensure facilities and equipment are being maintained properly and in compliance with regulatory demands.

  • Provide direction and leadership for training, performance appraisal and discipline.

  • Share operational budget needs, equipment demands, staffing requirements, and other facility-related needs specific to the assigned region.

  • Keep accurate records and reports on all personnel, equipment and facilities for assigned area.

  • Communicate safety and environmental needs throughout the assigned area.

  • Promote and contribute to a high level of teamwork and safety culture.

  • Communicate with supervisors and subordinates about how to best cover operational responsibilities.

Who You Are:

  • Related university degree and seven-plus years’ experience OR nine‐plus years of previous field operations experience, OR equivalent mix of formal education and experience.

  • Demonstrated project management skills.

  • Full knowledge of relevant production equipment.

  • Full knowledge of relevant company policies and procedures.

  • Basic knowledge of requirements for regulatory compliance.

  • Ability to define problems, collect and analyze data, draw conclusions.

  • Ability to plan and organize work.

  • Ability to develop and give presentations.

Physical Requirements:

Include but not limited to: Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.

Mental Requirements:

Include but not limited to: Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.

Salary range:  $113,500 - $148,000 based on experience and skills.
