Role Responsibilities 

  • Supervise day-to-day operational processes for agent onboarding and support, ensuring service levels and compliance standards are met. 

  • Act as primary liaison for network clients, managing escalations, inquiries, and relationship follow-up with professionalism and accuracy. 

  •  Oversee transaction monitoring, reconciliations, and basic accounting controls, ensuring data integrity and timely issue resolution. 

  • Support process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy across operational workflows. 

  • Prepare periodic reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement. 

Role Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of experience in operations or financial services, ideally with network or partner management exposure. 

  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and reconciliation processes. 

  • Strong analytical and communication skills; comfortable handling multiple priorities. 

  • Proficiency in Excel and operational reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle, or similar). 

  • Collaborative mindset, problem-solving orientation, and attention to detail. 

  • Excellent English communication skills – both written and spoken – are essential for success in this role.
