Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced CHPP Production Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations at our Coal Handling and Preparation Plant. In this key role, you’ll ensure safe, compliant, and reliable production performance while supporting a strong team culture and continuous improvement mindset.

What you’ll do:

  • Supervise CHPP production crews to achieve daily and weekly throughput targets.

  • Drive safety leadership and compliance with site standards and procedures.

  • Coordinate plant operations to maintain quality and maximise recovery.

  • Monitor plant performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members to build operational capability.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven supervisory experience in a CHPP or similar processing environment.

  • Strong understanding of coal preparation processes and plant operations.

  • Demonstrated commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • Experience in CHPP management systems and procedures, including exposure to Occupation Health & Safety legislation
