We’re seeking an experienced CHPP Production Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations at our Coal Handling and Preparation Plant. In this key role, you’ll ensure safe, compliant, and reliable production performance while supporting a strong team culture and continuous improvement mindset.
What you’ll do:
Supervise CHPP production crews to achieve daily and weekly throughput targets.
Drive safety leadership and compliance with site standards and procedures.
Coordinate plant operations to maintain quality and maximise recovery.
Monitor plant performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Coach, mentor, and develop team members to build operational capability.
What we’re looking for:
Proven supervisory experience in a CHPP or similar processing environment.
Strong understanding of coal preparation processes and plant operations.
Demonstrated commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Experience in CHPP management systems and procedures, including exposure to Occupation Health & Safety legislation
