Summer Internship 2026: Finance

Finance & Accounting spans the entire Company – and you will be the CFO of your project area from Day 1. You could be working multifunctionally to execute a Brand’s commercial strategy, partnering our Sales team to create great plans to take to our customers, identifying optimization opportunities in our supply chain. The opportunities are endless in Finance & Accounting. There’s real ownership and learning from the outset, and your impact will be felt across the company. 

What to expect? 

The internship program will take place on-site between July – September. We guarantee responsibilities from day 1 and ownership of at least one or two big and meaningful projects. During your 10-week summer internship, you will get to see whether a career at P&G is what will help you ignite your potential through real-life projects, learning & development opportunities and leaders who will support you with mentoring and coaching. 

At the end of the internship, our successful interns have the potential to secure a full-time position with P&G after graduation. As a “build from within” company, our people start at entry level and progress through the organization supported with mentorship and coaching. 

What kind of internship projects you can expect?  

You will have the opportunity to lead small to mid-scale projects based on real business cases. You will conduct financial analyses aimed at enhancing value creation within the business. You can work on various key areas, including: 

• Strategic Revenue Management  

• Productivity Improvement 

• Budget and Cost Analysis 

• Promotional Effectiveness 

This role will provide you with hands-on experience in financial analysis and strategic decision-making, equipping you with valuable skills for your future career. 

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in 2027

• Fluent in both written & spoken English 

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather insights from data 

• Passion to learn and grow yourself 

• Strong communication skills to effectively translate analysis into actions 

• Ability to collaborate optimally within a multicultural environment
