The GovCloud Systems Diagnostics and Optimization (GSDO) is a unified team that will provide a comprehensive approach to system health, from initial triage and diagnostics to long-term performance optimization and observability. The GSDO team will work to eliminate monitoring gaps, enhance alerting and dashboards, and ensure that all new services and environments meet the highest operational standards based on GovCloud requirements.
At GovSDO, we build systems that solve the most complex challenges faced by government agencies. Our team is at the forefront of designing, developing, and deploying mission-critical systems that have a real-world impact. We tackle everything from large-scale data analytics platforms to secure communication networks.
You'll be a core part of our team, contributing to real projects from day one. You'll work side-by-side with experienced systems engineers, getting hands-on experience with the full lifecycle of a project—from initial requirements and design all the way through to deployment and maintenance.
Minimum Qualifications

Strong background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Security, or a related technical/analytical discipline
Must be located in North America
Fundamental knowledge of Python, Golang, and AWS demonstrated through coursework, personal projects, or previous experience.
Proficient knowledge of security concepts, governance, or risk management.
Strong analytical and data visualization skills, with an ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with an ability to articulate thoughts clearly in writing and verbally to technical and non-technical audiences.
A proven ability to be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of coordinating activities across multiple teams.
