Physical Security Technology Operations:
This is a unique opportunity for a candidate who wants to have a direct, measurable impact on a global scale. Here's what makes the role exciting:
Hands-On Impact: Candidates won't just manage projects; they will directly lead complex technical projects and drive operational improvements that have a tangible impact on a global organization.
Hybrid Role: The position offers a rare chance to work at the intersection of technical project management and people-centric change management. This allows a candidate to develop a holistic skill set, ensuring technology doesn't just work but is also seamlessly adopted.
Data-Driven Leadership: The team leverages data to make decisions, using metrics like CSAT scores and ticket age reduction to validate our work and drive continuous improvement.
High-Performance Culture: The team is committed to growth and development, with achievements in Great Manager, Engagement, and Inclusion scores. We have a strong focus on training, certifications and development programs.
Responsibilities:
As an intern, you can expect to be focused on bridging the gap between technical project delivery and successful user adoption. Your responsibilities would be grounded in the projects and operational rhythms, including:
Project & Operations Support:
Assist in the day-to-day management of projects like the radio program rollout in India, helping to coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
Support the WAVE PTX gateway implementation and similar technology projects, ensuring a stable foundation is built for wider deployment.
Help maintain project documentation, dashboards, and timelines for initiatives like the base building integration project in Chicago and New York.
Change Management & Communication:
Support the change management efforts for projects, including preparing communication plans and drafting updates for stakeholders.
Assist in coordinating training sessions and creating documentation to ensure users are prepared, supported, and confident in using new tools.
Help drive the adoption of new processes and tools, such as the use of Asana and Slack lists for team execution.
Data & Performance Analysis:
Gather and analyze data on key metrics, such as CSAT scores and ticket age reduction, to help the team validate its impact.
Assist in sharing and presenting missed call metrics to SecOps and GOC leaders to identify communication gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Contribute to dashboards that provide visibility into project health and operational performance.
Work closely with several other teams such as Security Design, Global Safety & Security Strategy & Operations, Security Operations, IT & Infrastructure, and vendors to achieve goals
In addition, you will have access to resources and events to help you grow both professionally and personally. You will go through global onboarding, role-specific training, and intern-specific onboarding to ensure you are set up for success. Throughout your internship, you will be part of events including Executive Speaker Series, Volunteer Time Off, Workshops, and Socials. You will also have recruiter check-ins, general guidance and support to make the most of your internship experience. Lastly, you have access to participate in any of our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).
As a Futureforce intern, you will not only contribute to the meaningful work our teams do, but you will also have the opportunity to interact with senior executives and network with a number of employees across the company. In addition to these impactful opportunities, ensuring you participate in a number of events outside of your day-to-day duties is top of mind for us.
